The rooms were over 80 degrees making it uncomfortable for a good night’s sleep, but they had the most amazing view of Lake Superior, and the queen-size beds were comfortable. The service was friendly and understanding, although they were upping sanitation procedures. The location was spacious and perfect for exploring various hiking trails, with stunning views of Lake Superior. The dining was average with some dishes not meeting expectations. I absolutely loved my stay at Bluefin Bay! The rooms had this incredible homey feeling and were all good-sized, each with its own thermostat. They were so comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was clean and had everything I needed. The views of Lake Superior were just stunning. On the downside, the service, while efficient, lacked that small-town charm I was hoping for.
